It’s Friday so that means the big two are pushing out press releases to get fans excited for fresh titles showcasing their promising new talent. Come check out what they’ve got in store for us!
DC’s press release cites,
“This heralds in a new era for the DC Universe which will allow us to publish something for everyone, be more expansive and modern in our approach and tell stories that better reflect the society around us,” said DC Entertainment Co-Publisher Dan DiDio. “Whether you’ve been a DC fan your whole life, or whether you are new to comics – there will be a book for you beginning in June.”
Here’s the list of titles DiDio is talking about, along with a list of continuing books.
“She-Hulk, Dazzler, Medusa, Nico Minoru and other fan favorites, will take charge,” says series co-writer G. Willow Wilson. “We’ve purposefully assembled a team composed of different characters from disparate parts of the Marvel U, with very different power sets, identities and ideologies.”
A-Force, written by G. Willow Wilson and Marguerite K. Bennett and illustrated by Jorge Molina, hits shelves May of this year.
